  It was such a horrible experience. I was served cider in a glass that was filthy. The glass was not clean as it contained saliva, a huge gob stuck to the inside of the glass. This caused me to run to the toilet to throw up. When I went over to the counter and told him about the glass, he took another glass and poured half a drink in it and even that glass has a strand of hair and a spot of dirt on the inside. What pissed me off the most - and spurred me to write this review - is that the guy at the bar was rude and unapologetic about the whole thing, and made me feel like it was me who had done something wrong. I have had many fond experiences in kanes, but this incident was enough to put me off. Just a heads up that if you are drinking here, have a check on the glasses before you start drinking, and not halfway through the pint like I did.
